So what exactly is kava?
Kava is a root from the South Pacific that people have been drinking together for about three thousand years. Steeped in water, it makes an earthy drink that eases you into the evening: relaxed shoulders, loose conversation, a clear head in the morning.
No alcohol. No hangover. Just a slow, friendly quiet that shows up about fifteen minutes in and sticks around.
New to it? Tell whoever is behind the bar. Getting people through their first shell is the favorite part of the job.

Ground root, cold water, patient hands, and a strainer bag. That's the whole spell.

Every kava that crosses the bar is lab‑tested noble root. We'll show you the paperwork.

Sixteen hours a day, seven days a week. The last shell goes out at two in the morning.
